Bliss English Club

Dear Bliss members,

Last week our friend from Louisiana , Ben, introduced lots of things of his hometown.  He introduced places such as New Orleans , Mississippi River; history of Creole and Cajuns; music; special festival- Mardi Gras; foods--fried chicken, fish, BBQ meat, crawfish, gumbo, jambalaya…, etc.  I love the food part most, ha. I wish someday I could have the chance to taste crawfishes, in Louisiana style, and enjoy them with beer and friends all day long like Ben did.  Thanks Ben for his wonderful meeting and hope we will have him again as our host in near future.   Thanks Iris, Joey, Ellen, Sheena, Vicky, Nieshin, uncle Ting, Angel, Angela, Elise, Janice, and Fox for your participation.
