Here comes the introduction by our handsome and informative Carmelo:

There are just so many things that are awkward to talk about with other people because... they're not your therapist. Then there are a bunch of people that take these same awkward subjects and make them Therapeutics to the masses. They are stand-up comedians, who relentlessly make fun of everything!

This Saturday (3/17), Carmelo will share with us why he is so into the stand-up comedy. He will show us some of his favorite stand-up comedians and show clips of them in action. Also give you guys the conception of differences between Talk show and Stand-up comedy.

We feel so proud and obliged to say thanks to Bliss PR for their creativity to bridge Bliss Q1 Outing with NTM to fulfill multifunction in in-depth local cultural knowledge, English listening comprehension, and volunteering tour passions!

In Sunny & Breezy Weather,

We embarked on the wonderful “Blast to the Past” walking tour under the guidance of two docents, Iago and Phaedra.  

What a tour!

With precise time control and vivid description by pictures and concise background knowledge, the docents successfully brought us back from Ching Dynasty, Japanese Colonial Period, White Terror Period to the current Period where the228 Peace Monument and Confucius’ Statue stand for !

Reflections:

Thanks for Bliss staff's arrangement. It's a high quality touring guide of Taipei city. I learned a lot of historical stories of Taipei ancient buildings and was moved by those NTM tour guide's passion. Everyone enjoyed this special outing. Thank you!

We learned not only what historical facts each monumental site reflects but also what footsteps the current Taipei has gone through. Thank you, Iago and Phaedra.

As the NTM walking tour is run on monthly basis, Bliss staffs highly recommend we blissers will take some leisure time at least once to learn more hidden secrets and fun factors of our old Taipei city in English.

Q1 outing is both resourceful and unforgettable ever, the style of which will remain at Q2 outing on June 30, until then, stay tune with Bliss!
