***IMPORTANT**** As WHO officially announced COVID-19 as pandemic last week and also there is the concern of cluster infection in Taiwan has been raised followingly, Bliss needs to cancel our March and Apr. meeting as a counter measure to avoid any potential risk among our Blissers!
