Through Tanya’s introduction, we had a basic understanding of a useful online course called Desteni I process Lite (http://lite.desteniiprocess.com/). This on line course is free and offers buddy support to assist us to discover ourselves. This program is designed to be applicable in our daily life and helps us to overcome our anxieties, boredom, relationship friction, etc. If we finish this course, we will understand our problems in detail and apply the correction accordingly.
 
In the meeting, we learned we are the ones who create the reality. If we want to make a difference, we have to understand how we create our world. Physical act of writing is very important tool which can assist us to bring all the thoughts to work with. Through discussion of each steps and practice of writing our thoughts, we all learned more about the logic and operation of our inner reality. Thanks for Tanya’s sharing us this interesting tool!

Topic: Before the Wedding @ Iris Lin

 
It is said that the top three pressure sources in our life is changing job, getting married, and moving house.  We think that it might be easier for you to smoothly complete your wedding, if you can find what you want to have, what you can choose and what you can prepare before the wedding. 
 
We will firstly see one video about Clark& Iris’s church wedding, and then let’s do some survey and discuss what is considered a necessity and what alternatives there are before the wedding in your viewpoints.
 
Further, we will share the practical and useful advices we’ve learned from the marriage preparation course we’ve taken.  These advices are very helpful for adjusting yourself from being single to being married. 
 
At last, we would like to show how we planned for our church wedding and the banquet, so that you might have some ideas if you want to help your lovely family or friends to prepare their wedding.
