Hi Blissers,
On 5th July our dear hostess Olivia presented tips for the 6 stage consultative selling process:
1. Making an Impact: Invite the client to talk & You can listen, find out your customers’ needs and desires, tell what are our prospective customers.
2. Finding out your customers’ needs and desires
3. Positioning your product effectively
4. Dealing with Objections
5. Gaining Commitment
6. Tracking for success
She also invited Blissers to practice on site: promoting a good English course in real world - “how to persuade your friend or stranger to participate Bliss meeting”, and must meet some rejected reasons. Finally we overviewed and told some “thing not to do”. She gave us lots of useful suggestion in simulated cases and helped us overcome sales objections.
