Review of Last Meeting
The meeting of Nov.21 is the very last meeting of 2015.In the end of a year is time to review ourself 
and think about the next step. we can gain something from painful experience.we should learn how to control your feelings(emotion).
Basically, sense of guilty, pressure, tireness, loneliness, bitter.... would make you out of control your emotion) easily drive you nuts or make you lose your temper. Barkely shared some message about how to deal with depression.
For example:accept yourself and avoid complaining, keep relationships, don't worry about the future.
After all, the best way to love yourself is "be all you can be" . besides, "Love all, trust a few, do wrong
to none" is an important principle to show our empathy.

Here comes our annual Bliss year end party.
Can you believe it has been 18 years for Bliss?
In order to thank all of the staff and members’ support, this year in December, we will host a Christmas party in 輔大.
日期/Date：12月12日(週六) /December 12(Saturday)
時間/Time：下午12：00~16：00 / 12：00 pm to 16：00 pm
主題/Theme：Christmas Party聖誕趴踢
活動/Event：全體出席人員需攜帶1份限額$100~$150禮物，禮物與「海」或「愛」或「智慧」主題有關
地點/Place：輔仁大學醫學院 國璽樓4樓/MD417會議室
服裝/Dress Code：紅色&綠色

用餐形式：buffet吃到飽、喝到撐…
