Dear Blissers,

On 15th March Peter shared with us that most people, through their life cycle from youth to adult do not fully understand themselves. Then Peter introduced us the Maslow model, explaining the human need from physiological to self-actualization. He taught us ten thinking methods for us to explore ourselves; among them the “Ponder the significance of your natural metal and physical reflexes” was really enlightening. The Blissers played a game that everyone wrote down 20 adjectives to describe himself/herself and asked one others to do the same thing. By this way we had a better understanding on how others see us. We learned useful methods to find the real one in ourselves.
